Baked wedge potatoes

Baked wedge potatoes

1 . 4 red potatoes

2 .4 golden potatoes

3 . 4 white potatoes

4 . 4 sweet potatoes

Cook potatoes 5 mintues

All potatoes should be small

Cut into wedges bite size

Place in greased baking dish use olive oil or bacon grease

Toss potatoes so they can get oily now sprinkle potatoes with

Season all , parsley flakes ,old bay seasoning ,basil ,salt and pepper

To taste . toss while you sprinkle on a little more oil or bacon grease

Toss well . if you have bacon lay over potatoes . you should not have

A lot of oil in pan . every thing has grease but no left overs .
