To day eat healty
We are going to take a long walk first, no smokes while walking early this morning.We will drink our coffee before we leave. We are now back at home our meals for the day.
Breakfast- oat meal ,banana,orange juice and 1 slice of toast
Lunch- tuna sandwich on wheat toast,ice tea, apple
Dinner-Baked salmon,1 baked sweet potato, spinach and 1 slice wheat bread
Snack at bed time fruit
Healthy start to a good life style
