HOLIDAY MEAL

SAUERKRAUT AND PIG TAILS
2 FRESH PIG TAILS
2 CANS OF SAUERKRAUT
1CAN OF TURKEY BROTH -- IF YOU BAKED A TURKEY YOU CAN USE DRIPPINGS THAT ARE LEFT IN PAN.
IN A LARGE POT PUT PIG TAILS FILL WITH WATER AND COOK UNTIL PIGS TAILS ARE TENDER THEN ADD SAUERKRAUT AND TURKEY BROTH AND COOK UNTIL VERY LITTLE WATER IS LEFT. COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT.
