no meat greens

No meat collard greens
2lbs of collard greens chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Old bay seasoning, season all, garlic, season to your taste
I use only 1 teaspoon of each for me and no salt
1 small onion chopped then put in large pot and add water
Cook until greens are tender
I am trying to stop cooking with meat and oil.
