OVEN BAKED SHRIMP OVER SWEET POTATO GRITS

SHRIMP AND SAUCE
2 POUNDS OF MEDIUM SHRIMP PEELED AND DEVEINED
¼ CUP UNSALTED BUTTER MELTED
¼ CUP CHILI SAUCE
1 TABLESPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
2 TEASPOONS ASIAN CHILI GARLIC SAUCE
2 TEASPOONS CREOLE SEASONING
1 GARLIC CLOVE, MINCED
4 THYME SPRIGS FOR GARNISH
4 STRIPS OF BACON, COOKED CRISP, CHOPPED FOR GARNISH
PRE HEAT OVEN AT 350
IN A MIXING BOWL COMBINE SHRIMP,BUTTER,CHILI SAUCE,
WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, LEMON JUICE,CHEESE, CREOLE SEASONING
AND GARLIC. POUR INTO GREASED BAKING DISH
TOSS TO COAT SHRIMP
SPREAD SHRIMP IN SINGLE LAYER.
BAKE 12 TO 15 MINUTES UNTIL SHRIMP TURN PINK
TURN SHRIMP OVER AFTER 8 MINUTES
WHEN DONE PUT ON TOP OF SWEET POTATO GRITS
