Today is a good day to talk about what foods are good for the body. I think I will make a list of the good foods and bad foods.
GOOd foods: Fruits, vegetables, chicken , turkey , wheat breat, nuts, oliver oil, ginger, yogurt, goat milk, low fat milk, soy milk, reduced fat mayonnaise, whole-wheat crakers, no fat popcorn, salads, fish, tuna in water, fruit drink, sugar free soft drink, this is just a few.
Bad foods
Sugars, pork, beef, white flour, butter, white bread, soda, coffee, ketchup, solid shortening, salt pork, bacon, sausage, there are many more so this is a start.
Healthy eating is hard
