meatloaf

CHICKEN- VEGETABLE MEATLOAF
4 SLICES FIRM WHITE BREAD – TOAST
2 POUNDS GROUND CHICKEN
1 PACKAGE 10 OZ FROZEN MIXED VEGE TABLES THAWED
3 TABLESPOONS FRESH DILL CHOPPED
3 LARGE EGGS LIGHTLY BEATEN
SALT AND PEPPER
PREHEAT OVEN 400 DEGREES
IN A LARGE BOWL PLACE CHICKEN, VEGETABLES, DILL, EGGS, ,1/2 TEASPOON SALT,AND ¼ PEPPER. ADD BREAD CRUMBS AND MIX.
BUTTER YOUR PAN , SHAPE MEAT INTO LOAF PUT IN PAN AND BAKE 45 TO 55 MINUTES
BAKE AT 400 DEGREES
LAST 15 MINUTES ADD TOMATO SAUCE OR BARBECUE SAUCE POUR OVER MEAT LOAF
