START TODAY
To day is the first day of taking care of your body put all the bad foods on your do not buy list. It’s time to make a healthy list start with your fruits, wheat bread, greens, fish, chicken, turkey, Oliver oil, green tea and tea bags. Everyone loves sugar but it is no good for your body so try to cut back on it. If you are young start now taking care of your body eat healthy now and when you get older you won’t have to go threw what I have. I wish someone had told me back then ,the foods were eating were the bad foods now we know and it’s to late. I have the high blood, diabetes, high cholesterol .So start now so you don’t have to take all these pills. Now I exercise and take walks trying to get fit so I can get off this meds. When you are young you never think about getting old. This I know because I never thought about it but sure as you live you will get old so you want to be in good shape so start now eating right.
