TURKEY STUFFING

TURKEY STUFFING
1LB SAUSAGE MEAT REGULAR OR HOT I USE ½ HOT AND ½ REGULAR
½ CUP CHOPPED ONION
½ CUP CHOPPED CELERY
½ CUP BUTTER
8 CUPS OF WHITE BREAD

½ TEASPOON SALT
½ TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
½ TEASPOON GROUND SAGE
½ TEASPOON POULTRY SEASONING
TURKEY BROTH FROM YOUR TURKEY OR YOU CAN BUY IT
ONIONS AND CELERY IN BUTTER UNTIL SOFT
COMBINE ONION MIXTURE WITH bread ,pepper salt, sage and poultry seasoning in large mixing bowl.
Stir in broth until well moistened.
Bake in well greased covered casserole at 325 for 15 minutes.
Take cover off the last 5 minutes to brown
You can also put stuffing inside turkey
